Flu season triggers pneumococcal vaccination.

According to recent research published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, "To investigate the frequency with which influenza and pneumococcal vaccines are administered alone and together," a retrospective review was conducted at the "Marshall University internal medicine practice, Huntington, West Virginia."
