Lipid Labs Announces New Marketing Agreement

Lipid Labs, Inc. (Pink Sheets:LPDL) announced new negotiations to assist the marketing and delivery of the Lipoprotein Particle Profile screening for medical industry. Lipid Labs refined the Lipoprotein Particle Profile process making it available for commercialization and successfully sold this technology to SpectraCell Laboratories, Inc. of Houston, Texas.

"Lipid Labs' growth strategy and vision incorporates the success of a company's acquired technology in the marketplace," said Thomas Cloud, CEO of Lipid Labs.
