Reports from Imperial College London highlight recent research in tuberculosis

Scientists discuss in "Astrocyte-leucocyte interactions and the mechanisms regulating matrix degradation in CNS tuberculosis" new findings in tuberculosis. According to recent research from London, the United Kingdom, "The CNS (central nervous system) has a unique pattern of immune response to infection. TB (tuberculosis) of the CNS is devastating with widespread tissue destruction."
