To describe a rare complication of meningococcal meningitis." "Spinal Unit, Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. A young healthy male developed meningococcal meningitis followed by acute onset low thoracic flaccid paraplegia with complete motor and sensory loss and sphincter disturbance.
