Wake Forest University reports research in obesity and diabetes

In this recent report published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine, researchers in the United States conducted a study "To assess the importance of the obesity epidemic on cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk, we determined the prevalence of obesity and the relationship of obesity to CVD risk factors and subclinical vascular disease.
