"To investigate whether time to detection (TTD) of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in BACTEC Mycobacteria Growth Indicator Tube (MGIT) 960 and BACTEC 460 TB systems can be used as an alternative to colony-forming unit (cfu) counting.
