New research, 'Distinct secificities of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and mammalian proteasomes for N-acetyl tripeptide substrates,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research from the United States, "The proteasome of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) is a validated and drug-treatable target for therapeutics.
