According to recent research from Paris, France, "We recently evaluated the Genotype (R) MTBDR test for assessing Mycobacterium tuberculosis resistance to rifampicin (RMP) and isoniazid (INH) by detecting mutations in rpoB (codons 511-533) and katG (codon 315).
