Research from D. Bolignano and co-authors yields new data on kidney disease

The authors aimed to evaluate whether neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), a novel specific biomarker of acute kidney injury, could predict the progression of CKD," scientists in Messina, Italy report.
