According to recent research from the United States, "Tumor necrosis factor- inhibitors are important adjunctive therapies for rheumatologic diseases. These agents increase the risk for granulomatous disease." "We present a case of a woman with severe rheumatoid arthritis on infliximab who developed multiple nodular skin lesions.
