Research reports on pandemics from University of Sydney provide new insights

"Pandemic influenza will cause significant social and economic disruption," researchers in Sydney, Australia report. "Legal frameworks can play all important role in clarifying the rights and duties of individuals, communities and governments for times of crisis.
