Study results from University of Hamburg update understanding of bioterrorism

According to recent research from Hamburg, Germany, "The prospect of bioterrorism has raised concerns about the potential abuse of scientific information for malign purposes and the pressure on scientific publishers to prevent the publication of ''recipes'' for weapons of mass destruction."
