Reports summarize inflammation research from Medical School

A new study, '11beta-Hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 is an important regulator at the interface of obesity and inflammation,' is now available. According to recent research from Kiel, Germany, "Systemic glucocorticoid excess, as exemplified by the Cushing syndrome, leads to obesity and all further symptoms of the metabolic syndrome.
