Researchers from Italy and the United States report details of new studies and findings in the area of breast cancer

Breast cancer data are the focus of recent research from Italy and the United States.

Study 1: Tamoxifen-treated breast cancer may influence the progression of atypical endometrial lesions.

Researchers in Italy report, "The purpose of the present study is to prospectively evaluate the effects of tamoxifen on the pathological behavior of endometrial hyperplasias without atypia, diagnosed before the start of adjuvant endocrine therapy, in menopausal patients suffering from breast cancer."
