"The increased experience with the endoscopic approach to sinonasal inflammatory disease has resulted in the increased use of endoscopes to manage many different sinonasal pathologies. A chart review of patients with sinonasal tumors treated with primary endoscopic management, from January, 1993 to November, 2003 was performed.
