Howard Aihara promoted to executive VP and chief financial officer of Alliance Imaging

Alliance Imaging, Inc., (AIQ) a national provider of diagnostic imaging services, announced that Howard K. Aihara has been promoted to executive vice president and chief financial officer effective Dec. 1, 2005.

Aihara joined Alliance Imaging in September 2000 as vice president, corporate controller, and has served since November 1, 2005, as the interim chief financial officer. Aihara was vice president, finance, for UniMed Management Co. from 1997 through September 2000, and executive director and corporate controller for AHI Healthcare Systems, Inc., from 1995 through 1997.
