"The diagnosis of PASH can be made using imaging techniques such as ultrasound, magnetic resonance or mammography. Ductoscopy is a relatively new technique which is used for imaging the intraductal surface," wrote A.S. Gur and colleagues.
The researchers concluded: "We report a patient with PASH in whom ductoscopy was performed successfully."
