Medical imaging company announces initial public offering

Digirad Corp. (DRAD) announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $12.00 per share.

Net proceeds from this offering were approximately $59,700,000. The company has granted to the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 825,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over allotments, if any. The shares will be listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market's National Market under the symbol "DRAD."
