Each year, Industry Analysts, Inc., conducts its MFP Reliability Study of service managers from copier/MFP dealers and resellers to rate the multifunctional devices they work with on a daily basis. As part of the survey, respondents were asked to rate each model’s overall reliability on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best. Canon’s imageRUNNER models were awarded ratings higher than 8.5 to receive the “Technician Recommended”...
