Data from University of Naples provide new insights into adrenalectomy

"The purpose of our study was to evaluate the impact of laparoscopic adrenalectomy on patients with incidentalomas. We analyzed the results of a multicentre trial that was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of imaging ( computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging) to obtain a correct preoperative diagnosis," scientists in Naples, Italy report.
