"The outbreak is continuing to evolve," Dr. Deborah McMahan, the county health commissioner, told the Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health board. "It's been a busy last month."
The agency is awaiting test results in the TB-suspected deaths, one in the spring and one this month, to confirm a cause of death, but McMahan told the board they were likely from tuberculosis.
