"An ACTG Phase Ia Safety and Pharmacokinetic Trial of Immunotherapy with the anti-CD4 Binding Site Human Monoclonal Antibody F105."

According to an abstract presented by the authors to the 2nd National Conference on Human Retroviruses and Related Infections, held January 29 - February 2, 1995, in Washington, DC, "F105 is an IgGK, human monoclonal antibody reactive with the CD4 binding site of HIV-1 gp120. A Phase Ia study of immunotherapy with F105 was performed in HIV-1 seropositive, asymptomatic volunteers with CD4 counts >500 and <200/mm3. F105 was given as a single, 1 hour, intravenous infusion.
