Researcher M. Bellone and colleagues determined that RMA-S cells stably transfected with cDNA encoding for the human B7.1 costimulatory molecules (RMA-S/B7) represent an ideal strategy for in vivo cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) induction.
The study was presented at the International Symposium on Clinical Immunology, held July 20-23, 1995 in San Francisco, California.
