"Immunotherapy of Murine Breast Cancer Using an Adenovirus Vector Expressing Interleukin-12."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 87th Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research, held April 20-24, 1996, in Washington, D.C., "An adenovirus vector (AdIL-12) has been constructed which expresses both subunits of murine IL-12. Administration of AdIL-12 intratumorally into mice bearing polyoma middle T induced mammary carcinomas resulted in potent anti-tumoral effects. Following treatment with AdIL-12, 18/21 mice (86%) responded to the therapy and 8/21 (38%) demonstrated complete regression.
