Immuno/Suicide Gene Therapy Combination Exhibits Synergistic Effect

The immunological role of interleukin-2 (IL-2) combined with herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase (HSV-tk/ganciclovir (GCV) suicide gene therapy was examined in a murine model of head and neck cancer.

Expanding on previous research, Bert W.
