Agreement Entered for Potential Cancer Vaccine Platform Technology

Select Therapeutics, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts, announced that it has entered into a Research and Exclusive Option Agreement with France's Institut Curie and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientfique (CNRS) regarding their intellectual property rights in the area of intracellular transport and targeted stimulation of immune response.

Under the agreement, Select Therapeutics provides financial support for the collaborative research at both the Institut Curie and the laboratory of Select Therapeutics' principal scientist, Dr. Cliff Lingwood, Research Institute of the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
