Dendritic Cells Transduced with Wild-Type p53 Slow Tumor Growth

After transducing dendritic cells (DC) with a human wild-type p53 containing recombinant adenovirus (Ad-p53), the researchers report that 48 hours after infection approximately half of the DCs transduced expressed p53 protein.
