The useful information on pre-erythrocytic antigens of Plasmodium falciparum resulting from elaboration of the P. falciparum genome may not be easy to determine.

"A growing number of Plasmodium genomes have joined the sequencing treadmill, and the genome of Plasmodium falciparum has recently been published.
