HBV immune globulin entry into hepatocytes inhibits viral antigen and virions

"Hepatitis B immunoglobulin is used for prophylaxis against hepatitis B virus (HBV) and is thought to act by neutralization of virions and hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg)-containing particles in circulation.
