According to recent research published in the journal Vaccine, "The distribution of alpha-casein, bovine serum albumin (BSA), myoglobin, and recombinant protective antigen (rPA) in mono-valent and combination vaccines containing aluminum hydroxide adjuvant was studied by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry.
