Pharmaceutical company signs agreement to distribute Botox in Hungary and Poland

Valeant has a strong presence in these regions and will begin distributing Botox in Hungary in July 2005 and in Poland in September 2005. Detailed terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
"Valeant is a company focused on neurology, infectious disease and dermatology with commercial strength in central and eastern Europe," Valeant's president and chief executive officer, Timothy C. Tyson said.
