Induction of an antigen cascade by diversified subcutaneous/intratumoral vaccination is associated with antitumor responses.

"Cancer vaccines targeting tumor-associated antigens are being investigated for the therapy of tumors. Numerous strategies, including the direct intratumoral (i.t.) vaccination route, have been examined.
