A phase II and tumor pharmacodynamic study of gefitinib was conducted. Researchers in Spain conducted a study "to evaluate the antitumor activity and pharmacodynamic/biologic effect of gefitinib 500 mg/day monotherapy in patients with previously treated, advanced breast cancer."
