Collaboration to develop thermostable hepatitis B vaccines announced

RxKinetix Inc. and Indian Immunologicals Ltd. announced they will collaborate in the development of thermostable hepatitis B vaccines with improved stability at nonrefrigerated temperatures.

This project is funded by a grant awarded to RxKinetix from the foundation for the U.S. National Institutes of Health through the Grand Challenges in Global Health Initiative.

As part of the collaboration, Indian Immunologicals Limited will supply RxKinetix with hepatitis B vaccine, which will be formulated by RxKinetix in its ProJuvant vaccine delivery platform and tested for thermostability. Formulations showing good potential will then be tested in...
