Researchers describe findings in vaccines vector studies

Vaccines vector research advances have been reported from the United Kingdom and United States.

Study 1: A lentiviral vector in a Pluronic F127 gel facilitates delivery to cells of the central nervous system (CNS).

"Lentiviral vectors have been demonstrated as efficient tools for gene delivery to the CNS. We describe a novel approach for vector delivery using the thermoresponsive gel Pluronic F127 as a carrier," researchers in England report.
