Reports advance knowledge in gene therapy research

Reports from the United States and Taiwan highlight recent research on gene therapy.

Study 1: Research from the United States has reported that transduction of mouse bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (DC) is enhanced by repetitive infection with self-complementary adeno-associated virus (AAV) 6 combined with immunostimulatory ligands.
