MedMira signs Italian distributor Voden Medical Instruments for rapid HIV test

MedMira Inc., (MIR) a marketer of rapid diagnostic products, announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Italian distributor Voden Medical Instruments spa, who will distribute MedMira's MiraCare rapid HIV antibody test to point-of-care and laboratory markets throughout Italy. MedMira has received an initial order from Voden, which will be shipped in early 2007. MiraCare HIV, as with all of MedMira's rapid tests, is based on a unique flow-through platform, making the test simple and easy to perform. MedMira's rapid HIV tests have earned gold standard approvals in the European Union, Canada, the United States, and China....
