Scientists at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology describe research in vaccines

Research findings, 'IL-10 and the resolution of infections,' are discussed in a new report. "Chronic viral infections pose serious health concerns, as secondary complications such as immunodeficiencies and cancers are common. Treating such infections with conventional vaccine approaches has proved to be difficult," investigators in the United States report.
