Romulus, LLC a global strategic communications and government relations consulting firm based in Washington, DC, announced the establishment of its first overseas subsidiary in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Romulus Global Issues Management Consultoria, Ltda., and named Juliano Froehner Director for Latin America.
