Researchers from University of North Carolina publish findings in tuberculosis vaccines

Scientists discuss in 'Screening for potential adjuvants administered by the pulmonary route for tuberculosis vaccines' new findings in tuberculosis. According to recent research from the United States, "Tuberculosis (TB) infects one third of the world's population, and new infections occur at a rate of 1/s. Better vaccines are needed than the live mycobacterium Bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG)."
