For the third quarter of 2009, PharmAthene recognized revenues of $6.8 million compared to $10.7 million in the same period of 2008. For the nine months ended September 30, 2009 and 2008, the Company reported revenues of $20.4 million and $27.4 million, respectively. Revenues consisted primarily of contract funding from the U.S. government for the development of SparVax™, Valortim=AE and Protexia=AE.
