2011 MAY 11 -- Investigators publish new data in the report 'Adjuvant System AS03 containing a-tocopherol modulates innate immune response and leads to improved adaptive immunity.' According to recent research published in the journal Vaccine, "AS03 is an Adjuvant System (AS) containing a-tocopherol and squalene in an oil-in-water (o/w) emulsion. AS03 has been considered for the development of pandemic and seasonal influenza vaccines."
