2011 OCT 19 -- Scientists discuss in "Epidemiology and transmission dynamics of the 1918-19 pandemic influenza in Florence, Italy" new findings in Vaccines. "To investigate the 1918/19 influenza pandemic daily number of new hospitalizations in the only hospital in Florence (Central Italy) were analyzed.
