New Influenza Vaccines Findings from Center for Disease Control and Prevention Described

2012 MAR 7 -- Current study results from the report, "Seasonal Influenza Vaccine Effectiveness among Children Aged 6 to 59 Months in Southern China," have been published. "In China the protective effect of seasonal influenza vaccine has only been assessed in controlled clinical trials and proven to be highly effective. However, the post-licensure effectiveness of influenza vaccine has not been examined," scientists writing in the journal Plos One report.
