ProImmune Launches B Cell ELISpot Assay Service

2012 MAY 2 -- ProImmune Ltd., a leader in services for understanding immune responses, has launched the B cell ELISpot assay as a service. The B cell ELISpot assay is central to the characterization of adaptive immune responses to infection, immune modulators, vaccines and therapeutic agents.

Used to quantify the number of memory B cells that can be re-stimulated to produce antibody against a specific antigen, B cell ELISpot enables the activity of antibody-secreting memory B cells to be characterized at a cellular level.
