E.U. approves RepHresh Vaginal Gel for prevention and treatment of bacterial vaginosis

RepHresh Vaginal Gel has been approved as a class IIa medical device for the prevention and treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV) in the E.U. Its patent-protected formula adheres to the vaginal epithelium for 3 days per use, normalizing pH to a healthy 4.5 or less. BV cannot develop in a vaginal environment with a pH of 4.5 or less.
