Inhibition of Breast Cancer Progression with Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Dr. David P. Rose presented information on the use of omega-3 fatty acids and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to inhibit breast cancer progression at the American Cancer Society's 37th Science Writers Seminar, March 28, 1995, held in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Rose, from the American Health Foundation, Valhalla, New York, has been working on the development of novel dietary and chemosuppressive strategies to prevent the progression of precancerous breast disease and to help inhibit early, non-invasive, breast cancer from progressing to invasive, potentially incurable, cancer.
