Food Safety and Nutrition Information on the Internet

Cruising the information superhighway for up-to-date facts on food safety and nutrition just got easier.

The International Food Information Council (IFIC) Foundation is now making its extensive resources available on the Internet free of charge through IFIC Foundation On-Line.

"There is an enormous public appetite for information about food and health," said Sylvia Rowe, president of the International Food Information Council. "Access to science-based resources is now virtually assured - you don't even have to leave home and the information is free."
