Support for Program Direction, 1996-98

Awarded to Joan Leiman, Ph.D., Columbia University, $848,153 for 2 years May 1, 1996 to April 30, 1998. The Program on Women's Health and its Commission on Women's Health will continue their focus in assuring that women's health issues receive public and policy attention. In its final two years, the program will disseminate results of its work through symposia and policy briefs on topics in five target areas: health care coverage and quality; health care decision making; prevention; mental health; and adolescent girls...
