According to a recent survey commissioned by Coors Brewing Company, physically active women have a more positive self-perception than those who do not participate in any sports or exercise. In fact, women who are "extremely" or "very" physically active are more likely to see themselves as "competitive", "fashionable", "assertive", "energetic", "goal-oriented", and "sexy" than their non-active peers.
